Every month after that, one refill vial per room at the member price of $14.99 each. Priority shipping is free on 2- and 3-room plans; the 1-room plan ships for $6.95. You'll get an email 3 days before each charge.
Can I cancel?
Yes — from your account, any time after box 3, in two clicks. The first 3 boxes are the commitment that makes your welcome gift possible. If a box ever arrives damaged or late, email us and we replace it, no questions.
What's the welcome gift?
We'd rather show you than tell you: it appears the moment your plan is crafted, together with exactly what's in your first box and what you pay. Nothing is charged until you complete checkout. One fair condition, shown with the gift: if a plan ends before the 3-box minimum, the gifted item's regular price applies unless it's returned unused within 14 days.
Can I change how many rooms later?
Any time. Add a room and its diffuser ships with your next refill, on the house; drop a room and your monthly price drops with it.
Is it safe for my other pets and family?
Yes. The pheromone is species-specific — only cats can detect it. No effect on humans, dogs, or other animals; no sedatives, no drugs.
How long before I see a difference?
